Mission & Vision

At The Well Church, our statement of faith is the foundation we stand on. As a gospel-centered church, we preach and teach these truths. Jesus is the only Son of God. He came to earth, died for our sins, and rose again. All who put their faith in Him as Lord and Savior are forgiven and become part of the global body of Christ.

Well Church Weekend Attend

As a church, we are committed to fulfilling the Great Commission and the Great Commandment. Our mission reflects this calling: teaching Kingdom truth to heal nations.

Everything we do flows from this purpose, from our ministries to the resources we create. Our vision is clear—transformed and empowered kings, healed nations.

We invite you to join us in this work, not as spectators, but as active participants in what God is doing through His church.

  Our 2030 Vision

Here is what we are working toward. Our prayer is that by 2030, this will be true of The Well Church:

The Well Church is home to thousands who seek Jesus Christ and grow in the grace of the gospel. We are a diverse family of men and women, young and old, single and married, learning together who we are, why we exist, and where we belong in God’s design.

Each week, we serve thousands of kids and students. Every effort depends fully on God as we make disciples in every stage of life. We celebrate around 300 baptisms each year.

We are a refuge for the broken and the suffering, a place of hope and care, where God restores lives and strengthens marriages. Furthermore, we walk with one another through joy and sorrow, living out the ministry of presence.

We send devoted leaders and disciples into homes, neighborhoods, our city, and the nations. We have planted and revitalized 30 churches and sent 100 missionaries who are reaching 10 unreached people groups.

Through our campuses, church plants, and missionaries, over 50,000 people have heard the gospel. We have shared God’s resources with millions around the world.

Every day, in every space, through every season, we build beyond ourselves. We live the greater story together and create a kingdom legacy for generations to come.

Make Disciples.

We make disciples by proclaiming the powerful gospel message—that Jesus Christ lived in perfect obedience to the Father, was crucified for our sin, was resurrected by the power of the Holy Spirit, ascended into heaven, and will one day return to make all things new.
